Concierge by Nick was founded by Nickelle out of a clear need for a more human approach to elder care. Over years of caregiving she saw how much genuine compassion changes a person's day, and where the industry falls short for families and caregivers alike.
Today we are a small, carefully chosen team serving families across New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, now caring for homes and children as well as older adults.
