Location data for caregivers

For caregiver (employee) accounts only, we check location when a caregiver clocks in or out of a visit, to confirm the visit happened at the right place. Caregivers see and accept a notice about this before it applies to them. We do not track the location of families or clients.

How we use your information

We use your information to run bookings and visits, process payments, send you updates and receipts, and provide customer support.

Who we share it with

We share information with Stripe (payments), our hosting and database provider, and our email provider, only as needed to run the service. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep account, visit and payment records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information at any time by contacting our office below.

How we protect it

We use encrypted connections, private storage, and limit access to staff who need it to do their job.

Children

Our child care bookings are made by a parent or guardian on behalf of their child. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.
